- After confirming the booking, you will receive a detailed confirmation mail along with Address and Location via Whatsapp. There is no need of any printouts. ID card of any one of the traveler is required at the time of check-in.

- Premium Shikara boats are manufactured using high quality woods. These boats have spacious sitting area and attractive and comfortable interiors for a comfortable ride. They are well maintained.
- Is it a private boat or sharing boat?
- We provide private exclusive boats for the customers.
- What are the safety measures you follow?
- All our boats are well maintained, have life jackets, experienced drivers with license.
- Do you offer any cheaper cruises other than mentioned in the website? Why?
- No. We are a company approved by Kerala tourism and our customer’s safety and satisfaction is our prior concern. It is not possible to maintain the quality of service and safety in cheaper cruises. - Yes..to avoid unavailability, price variation, delay in cruise advance booking is necessary. On arrival while you search for boat, you may deal with unauthorized persons results in high rate and compromising in the service and quality of the boat.

- If you book online, you can do the cruise any time in between 8am and 4pm (normal Premium Shikara Boats cruises, honeymoon cruise, anniversary/birthday cruise).

- How can I find your boat?
- We have a boat boarding point and, on your arrival,, our staff will receive you and guide you to the boat.
- Is a parking facility available?
- Yes, we have free parking area near the boat boarding point. There is enough space for parking the vehicles including Volvo buses.
- How many kilometers it will cover?
- It is not based on kilometers. It’s covering sightseeing areas.
- Is this is a speed boat?
- No, it is a motorized wooden sightseeing boat.
- Is any luxury cruise available in Alleppey Premium Shikara Boat?
- No, only normal cruises are available in Alleppey Premium Shikara Boat.
- Where is your boat boarding point?
- Our boat boarding point is located at Finishing point Road, Alleppey.
- Do you arrange a pick up from Resort at Alleppey | Kumarakom ?
- We will arrange a pickup by Premium Shikara Boat from the resort (with jetty) around Alleppey | Kumarakom. Pick-up can be arranged only by prior information.
